Most of us view health and fitness as a physical struggle/achievement but the truth is it takes a lot more mental strength to change eating habits and get into exercise routines than one would think.
Waking up at 4.30am to hit the gym before work – Mental Challenge.
Picking a salad or swapping fries for veg at a restaurant – Mental Challenge.
Drinking water, what feels like, constantly throughout the day – Mental Challenge!!

Or design your own! I enjoy drinking water only, it makes me feel alive. I want to drink water!!
There is a big difference between “want to“ and “have to”
Have to, generally implies that it is someone else idea, you just have to do the dirty work. Want to, is you, its all you!
When you want to go to the gym, when you want to order that salad or the veg rather, when you want to drink water rather than a fizzy cool drink it tells your brain to crave it, to want more of the good stuff.
You should be wanting the best for your body! You don’t have to lose weight, you want to!
And because losing weight is something that you want then surely everything that goes with the weight loss is a want as well??
Decide what exactly it is that you want, set some goals and decide that you want to do what it takes to achieve that goal!!
